KSUBI | FALL / WINTER 2012

Leading Australian brand Ksubi, have built a significant presence and cult following over the past 12 years. Fall / Winter 2012’s collection W.A.R, is a mix of pattern, texture and slogans creating an impressionable collection.

Plaid, leopard print and army-inspired camo were printed onto sustainable materials including grey marle, apache leather and flannel. Mismatched in no apparent order, the unapologetic prints did all the talking.

Menswear was a little more reserved with denim on denim, a smart take on the leather biker and heavy textured knits. Although merged together with hints of khaki green and camo prints, the war inspiration was not at first apparent, but on closer inspection the regimental cuts, clean lines and fresh appearance give way to war chic.

Ksubi’s knack for creating individual and authentic pieces with a developed knowledge of all that is fashion, art and music, has ensured that they are one of Australia’s most successful offerings.
