SADAK | SPRING / SUMMER 2013
Serbian-born designer Sasa Kovacevic’s Spring 2013 line for Sadak is a colourful collection steeped in tradition. Reinterpreting traditional costumes, Kovacevic adds a bold colourful twist through tie-dye effects, patterns and coloured stains, remixing ethnically inspired menswear with modern day. Fuelled by activism and revolution, the designer’s aim through Sadak is to voice marginalised cultures to the masses. For Spring / Summer 2013, black was also thrown into the mix creating strikingly sober looks that jarred purposely against a joyful Spring 2013 Sadak collection.
