
Oxbridge sleek cuts and a handsome tailored finish surrounded the perfectly still live models at U.Mi-1’s London Fashion Week collection.
Polished whites and navy clashed to create wonderfully sharp shapes with chiselled grey and muted caramel incorporated for simple streamlined suits.
The menswear brand, established in 2008, uses luxury fabrics and line definition to create their minimalist yet contemporary take on menswear.
Popular with Japanese celebrities, the collection featured plenty of statement trouser braces, oversized glasses and sneakers for a triumphant nod at geek chic.
The installation, named ‘The Musicians’ used nine models to exhibit the latest pieces in U.Mi’s collection. Some sat defiantly slouched on blocks; others confidently stood gazing into the distance, and all effortlessly radiated a traditional British charm.
