V Ave Shoe Repair

Astrid Olssen and Lee Cotter founded Fifth Avenue Shoe Repair in 2004. Launched solely with a women’s line, the first collection for men was created in Autumn 2006. In 2007, a rebrand and relaunch made way to the newly redefined brand – V Ave Shoe Repair. The Swedish brand went global in 2010 through its online shop and is now an international trademark.

Five years on from launching V Ave Shoe Repair’s first menswear collection in 2006, Stockholm based designers Astrid Olsson and Lee Cotter have continued to push the boundaries of Swedish fashion design. Their innovative, avant-garde, yet utilitarian signature look has earned them great accolade. Labelled as ‘Designer of the Year’ by Swedish Elle in 2009, their Spring / Summer 12 collection epitomises why.
